Escape to our serene country cottage in Eugenia, Ontario, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and comfortable space for 8 guests. Relax in the large, private backyard with outdoor 30 x 15 foot pool and deck area. Walk 9 or drive 2 minutes to Lake Eugenia. The space:
This is the family cottage that we enjoy in all 4 seasons. We only open it up to rent a few weeks a year and we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do. You will find the space is well outfitted as a family cottage would be, not like a full-time short-term rental. For example, the kitchen is complete with everything you could need for preparing family meals, or your next indulgent charcuterie board. With multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, everyone can find their favourite place to settle in. Relax by the pool on a beautiful summer day, take a few laps and feel refreshed, or drift off for an afternoon nap in the hammock under the towering maple trees.

Guest access:
You will have the entire cottage all to yourself including the expansive 1.25-acre landscaped yard and private pool. The detached garage is not included.

Other things to note:
The pool is normally enjoyed mid-June through to the end of August, with the season sometimes extending into September, depending on the weather. There is a solar cover on the pool, the pool is not heated.

EV charger is available upon request (Type 2 connector).

The washer and dryer are located in an unfinished utility area of the basement adjacent to the basement bathroom.
