The Outlook House - Extensive Bay Views

Expansive, picturesque views over the sea toward Phillip Island create an ever-changing outlook for this peaceful dwelling. Set on approximately 1 acre of landscaped gardens - tall trees, lawns, pretty mixed borders, ornamental ponds, a prolific fruit orchard and vegetable garden surround the house, creating a secluded, private haven with plenty of native birdlife and within easy walking distance of popular Point Leo beach.

A series of large timber decks and verandas offer multiple spaces for outdoor entertaining or simply relaxing and enjoying the views. The spacious open kitchen dining and living room, with wood fire, opens on both sides for easy indoor-outdoor living with an alfresco entertaining area, to the rear, offering a sheltered spot for long lunches and starlit dinners. Stunning views flood the interior giving constant connection to sea and garden surrounds.

Including: wood heaters, split system heating and cooling, Wifi, playroom for the little kids and separate bunk room with TV and gaming console for the big kids.

Peaceful, private and enviably located within walking distance to the beach, this fabulous property with constant sea views invites happy times with family and friends in a relaxed coastal setting.

Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short drive will take you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries that are on offer, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Please note that there are 3 self-contained apartments at the property that may be occupied by other guests. The large gardens are shared. Top carpark is for house.

Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.

Strictly no parties, functions, events or schoolies

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.
