The space
This single level house is a dream! A perfect place to spend your holiday.
Where our beautiful property sets itself apart from others in the area, is its fantastic position overlooking the water, the heated pool and onsite facilities.

Immaculately presented throughout, this luxury 3 bedroom property is extremely spacious with lots of natural light.
Ducted Air conditioning throughout, means you can be comfortable no matter what the season.

As you enter Reef Water Retreat, you are greeted by a stunning open plan living space, opening out on to a large undercover entertainment area & Balinese hut.

The lounge has a luxurious sofa & huge Smart TV. Perfect for those evenings in.
The gourmet Kitchen is equipped for all your needs, with plenty of space to cook up a storm.

Come together around the elegant dining table seating 6, or cook & dine outside whilst listening to the Ocean.

The 3 bedrooms are positioned at the back of the house, all with brand new high quality mattresses & linen & black out windows if required.
The Master King bedroom comes with an Ensuite & TV.
The 2 bedrooms are spacious and have plenty of storage, with the 4 piece family bathroom close by.

To the front of the house we have a fantastic spacious Gym, complete with Treadmill, Bike, Cross Trainer and TV.

OFFICE room with desk & chair. Along with a seperate toilet & sink.

Finally, lets not forget what is on offer outside......
Along with the 8 metre heated mineral lap pool (which is amazing for your skin) there’s also a three hole putting green right beside the pool!
Please note that the pool will be heated to approx26/27 degrees but does cost a lot of money to do so. If you require the heated pool this does come at a surcharge of $50 per day. Please let us know if you require this and we will add to your booking. . We find this helps keep nightly rates low for guests who do not wish to use the heat
With direct access to the canal, you can paddle your own kayak or SUP around the island, or all the way to Cudgen.

Within easy walking distance - couple hundred metres, is the best beach in Australia (voted number 1 by Tourism Australia 2020) which is actually three beaches – the patrolled beach, the surfing cove and to the south, the dog friendly 'off leash' beach.

There are cafes that open early and restaurants and bars that close late, serving anything from burgers and pizzas to fine dining and everything in between.

- Norries Cove - Surfing spot - best not to swim here.
- Out the front of the surf club and Halcyon is good for swimming and weave jumping,
- Cudgen Creek : (Kingscliff Creek)
- Hastings Creek - sublime!

Full access to the entire property with the exception of the garage.
Onsite parking for two vehicles on the driveway and of course free street parking.

Please note that both children & pets are welcome.
Please get in touch prior to booking with regards to your pet type and pet behaviour.
A travel cot is provided on request but we do not have any fold out beds.

**Provided for your convenience are eco friendly big bottle toiletries, all bed linen, bath towels, Eco friendly toilet roll & basic kitchen/cleaning supplies**
**Our cleaning fee is based on the hourly rate of a cleaner to present the house to you in a clean & professional state. Our linen fee is to provide you with linen for the house**
