About this property

Spectacular Beach View, Spacious Home with Large Deck

Whether you want a quiet getaway or fun filled family time, this is the spot for you. You can sit on the deck and watch the sun rise over the ocean or partake in all the activities the beach and Galveston have to offer.
Since we are located in Terramar Beach, we are the 'country' of Galveston. We are approximately 20 min. from the heart of Galveston where you can partake in the many activities and sites the city has to offer.
There is plenty of open space and privacy and the beach is just a short walk away.
The open layout of our beach house is what we fell in love with, especially if you bring your friends or family. The main rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well stocked; we also have a grill downstairs for outdoor dining.
There are three bedrooms, each room has a theme and is wonderfully decorated. You will feel at home at the beach every moment of your stay. The master bedroom is lovely with a master bath. The guest bath is bright and cheery and was recently updated. The second bedroom is by far the coolest, from the light blue/turquoise beach theme to the 'artistic' door headboard. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full on top and queen on bottom.
Our yard is fenced in and beautifully landscaped with a large outdoor dining table that seats 8. The outdoor shower is one of our most popular features.

We would love for you and your family to come for a luxurious get away. Our home is your home, don't be strangers. Here, you will laugh, have fun, and most of all make memories with your friends and family.

My husband and I have stayed at this home several times. The home is sweet....location is excellent. Area Is lovely and residents are friendly too.Areas of opportunity are to do the repairs that have been outstanding for a few years. The ceiling issues in family room hallway area. Shower curtain rod in master bath that collapses when moved on that end. Guest bath should be regrouted and floor sealed. Pantry should be checked for codes on products left or sipplied. New baking pans as those there are rusty and are a health hazard.

Thanksgiving 2024
This is our second Thanksgiving on this property! Everything is provided. Being pet friendly and fenced was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We’re glad Hurricane Beryl didn’t do that much damage to the Island. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to return next year!

Amazing beach house
My family and i with our 2 little dogs just had an amazing long weekend at Eva's beautiful beach house. The view was gorgeous from the porch and it was an easy walk to get to the beach. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept great. Definitely will be back!

Great beach get away!
We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and getting to the beach was easy! We booked this house because we travel with service dogs and it has a fully fenced backyard. It was perfect! I will say it’s a long drive into town, but it’s a good view, so it was fine! We’d stay here again!

Weekend getaway
This was the perfect, peaceful place! Beautiful home with a spectacular view, far enough out from the chaos of the seawall but close enough for convenience. We had an amazing weekend with great friends and a beachside church service on Sunday morning before we headed home with 3 baptisms! We will be back!

We were four adults, 1 child and 2 dogs. We loved having the yard for the dogs and the large deck. The kitchen had an array of dishes and cooking utensils and the overall space was large enough to accommodate us all. Plenty of kitchen appliances to make the stay enjoyable - toaster, blender, etc. Great beach access and friendly full time residents along the street that the house is located on. We have stayed at a LOT of VRBO and other private rentals over the years. There were some minor handyman issues - dead lightbulb inside lamp and the carport lightbulb over the driveway. We found the switch to the carport area lights the day before we left so signage would help. The main door handle screws need tightening, clean the bar chair cushion stains, replace heating element in dryer, and replace the child sized toilet in the master bathroom. We never did find any spa whirlpool that was in the listing description which was a big disappointment. Things to make the stay more enjoyable - add some child videos to the collection (we only saw two), a couple of cushions for the two wooden chairs on the deck, and a couple of beach chairs. Printed instructions for the televisions and how to locate the pool and boat launch would be helpful. The BBQ grill has been abused by guests who failed to clean it so either a new one to replace it or have it thoroughly cleaned.

We had a wonderful time staying at Evas beach house in Terramar . The house was well appointed and the neighborhood was quaint and very close proximity to the beach . We would recommend this place to our friends and family .

Everything was great! A few suggestions for improvement: better skillet, better cable, pool key sticks and is tricky to unlock. Other than those small things, everything was great! Other than a good skillet, kitchen was amply stocked and home was clean. The host was EXTREMELY responsive!!!

We loved our stay at this house. Very cozy yet open and bright. We are a family of 6 adults and were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean. We also were happy with the easy access to the beach and community pool.

Very well kept home, family had a great time . Also alot of privacy while we were there. Would rent again, bring your own bed pillows for more comfort. Although we had a small situation occur, Eva was an absolute pleasure to work with and took very good care of the problem.

The home was quite comfortable and could not have been more dog friendly. The fenced in yard was a huge hit with Amos, our dog. Most importantly the property manager, Eva, was amazing. On a Sunday night we experienced a significant electrical issue. Eva responded immediately finding a hotel for us and our dog and had the repairs completed by noon on Monday. Her caring and concern for us made our stay even more special. We will stay here again without reservation.

My husband and I spent two wonderful months here. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. The house was set up perfectly for family to visit on weekends. Wonderful neighborhood. Superb Property and Location
Beautiful property and the view is spectacular. I’ve captured great pics of the sunrise and sunsets looking out over Galveston Bay. The property is clean and has all of the required amenities in the kitchen for breakfast or lunch. Great cable television and wonderful selections of videos. We loved that the property is pet-friendly so we could bring our beloved schnauzer “Winnie” with us. Great fenced back yard and equipment to keep the yard clean after pet visits. Wonderful covered car port, great deck; etc. Just an absolute fabulous property. Communication with the owner was fantastic and engaged to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Relaxing holiday
This beach house is so cozy and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen is so well stocked with ample pots, pans, spices and paper/cleaning products. Great communication with the host. Easy to access and was available earlier than check-in which worked out great for us. I’ve stayed in this subdivision before but this is by far the nicest house. We appreciated the fenced in yard. Easy access to the beach! It was a fantastic stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Lovely little slice of heaven.
My husband and I went, along with our two little fur babies, for a relaxing and peaceful getaway away from the city. We had such a wonderful time. The home is spacious, warm and really comfy. You have quiet a really nice community pool that we took advantage of each day after our beach time. At first we thought a monthly be too long but when the month was up we didn't want to leave. Thank you for sharing your home.
