LOCATION: Situated on Fenwick Island Beach, you are a quick walk to downtown or our quiet beach. Spend a day downtown Ocean City, MD, or Bethany Beach, DE, only a few miles away from this home, walk downtown for a fun game of miniature golf, or enjoy the water park (all within walking distance).
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. four to six cars.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, soaking tub, Wi-Fi, multiple balconies, beach equipment, charcoal grill, and central AC. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer months. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. The house sits on stilts, and steps are required to access the house. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Scam

Do not stay at this place. They accused us of breaking into a closet and using towels (none of the rooms were locked or forbidden). They also accused us of burn marks on pillows WHICH WERE ALREADY THERE. Furthermore, not a single person that we stayed with even smoked so it was not physically possible to cause this damage. I tried contacting the agency to fight this matter and never got a response. Absolute scam.

Thanksgiving on the shore

The property is about 100 yards to the entrance of the beach. While not on the beach fiery thing in the morning you can hear the surf. We were a family of 8 with two grandchildren, 6 and 9. The bunk beds and their very own TV was a big hit. House was clean, well equipped, and everything in good condition. However, trash from 8 people taxes the one recycle can and two standard round trash cans. Be prepared to either bring your linens or rent them. Linens were delivered to the front porch in two large casket like containers.

Beautiful home

Our expectations were high and they were exceeded. The home is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is extremely well-equipped, and it is just steps to a beautiful, private beach.

Family vacation

Nice home for a large family! Great kitchen. Blender and air fryer. Wish there was a crockpot. Nice decks, shade on the back deck in the am. Was nervous about the granddaughters in the bunks with access to the decks. Wish the queen bed was in that bedroom with deck access for the other grandma. Short walk to the quiet beach. Some road noise but not too bad. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back next year!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful and close to the beach. My daughter wanted to get married on the beach. Found this house and we booked it. She had a beautiful wedding on the beach. Both families enjoyed the house. Might book it again.

Gorgeous House in Perfect Location

Spectacular house in prime location. Views of ocean from front porch. Close to excellent restaurants and entertainment yet far enough away from the crowds. Beach a 2min walk down the street. Great for families.

Annual Beach Friendsgiving

This home was perfect for our 4-family annual Friendsgiving at the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies and equipment, the house was large enough for all of us to have our space, and the morning walk to sunrise was short and spectacular. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work, which would have topped it off to pure perfection, but it certainly was close enough to it!

Wonderful Getaway!

Outstanding property!

This property was everything promised and more! Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home to share time with our family. The only thing that was left to be desired was the maintenance. Many lightbulbs burned out. Property management was called for a nonworking toilet on Tuesday and by the end of our stay on Saturday, said toilet was still not addressed. Our stay overall was just about perfect! Highly recommend.

We had a great time at this beautiful property, location is great 3 houses from the beach. No fighting in the bathroom cause each bedroom had its own, and the jacuzzi was the high light for one of our special girl. The beds were perfect. The grill was perfect for cooking, Beautiful house, and would rent again. Thank you for making our vacation Wonderful..

Private, quiet beach getaway

The location provided very close access to an open, private beach. The home was beautiful with plenty of room for our family to spread out. Plenty of deck space and parking, too! Our youngest grandson especially enjoyed playing checkers on the high table on the second level. Plenty of amenities were provided; the only thing we missed was a crockpot. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Kudos, too, to the personable and helpful handyman who got the outdoor shower working for us on our second full day and who removed an outdoor umbrella that wasn't functioning on the third level. We did miss having the umbrella for outdoor dining, but otherwise had a wonderful week in Fenwick Island. Highly recommend this home!

Lovely Escape

Beautiful property set close to beach access and the uncrowded Fenwick Island beaches. Clean, bright and upscale furnishings. Comfortable couches and beds. TVs in every room. Decks on every level—some with nice view of ocean. Close to OC and Bethany for shops, restaurants and activities. Several good restaurants are a stones throw from the property. Great place for family or couples, ample room to unwind. Be aware there is ongoing construction next door. This did not bother us and probably was seasonal improvements before summer. Highly recommend this property!

COVID Beach Vacation

We weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we were pleased with everything. The house is gorgeous, thoroughly cleaned and we had the in Enviro-master spraying done, so we had confidence from the moment that we walked in. The beach was less than a minute walk from the house, and social distancing was fully in effect. We had an absolutely fantastic vacation with our family, due mainly to the beautiful and spacious house. I would read this again in a heartbeat.

4 Lewes Street, Fenwick Island, DE

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property the second week in August, 2019. The property was just as described; no surprises. Beautifully and tastefully furnished, it easily accommodated I, four married adult children and four grandchildren (9 adults, two children and two toddlers). The kitchen was well stocked with all required and the floor plan worked very well for our group. We were very satisfied and will make a point to come back.

I knew as soon as I entered the front door that we’d be comfortable here. Plenty of space for our family (kids and grandkids). Private spaces and public spaces. We had wonderful meals on the deck. So close to the beach. Definitely will book this one again !

Almost perfect

Best rental in 30+ years of coming to the area. Almost perfect in every respect, except well worn, uncomfortable mattresses - my daughter referred to them as 'taco' beds. New, quality & durable matresses are needed throughout to make this the perfect beach rental.
