Tastefully furnished, 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom spacious family home! This classic home is steps away from Maple Grove Park+Outdoor Pool and is a great place for families with children. It is also walking distance to the Kerrisdale neighbourhood (41st Ave), known for its selection of charming shops and restaurants. The home is situated in a beautiful quiet residential area on the west side of Vancouver. Easy access to UBC, airport and downtown and lots of amenities nearby.

☆ SPACE SPECS ☆

* Our cozy home is a two-story property and is fitted with HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the whole home.

***PLEASE NOTE: our cozy home is a beautiful heritage home, as is many of the homes located in this prestigious west-side neighbourhood. As a result, this home is not fitted with an A/C. However, we do provide a fan in each room. This home also has many windows with net screenings if you would like to open them up for some breezy air.

The first/main level consists of the following:

* Play/Study Room: filled with books, some board games, children-sized table and chairs, and regular table and chairs

* Main Foyer: open space for games and activities with a newly added FOOSBALL TABLE for entertainment!

Dec 2017 Update: added a POOL TABLE for our superguests’ entertainment!

* Dining Room: large dining table with beautiful table settings for family dinner gatherings

* Kitchen: fully stocked with complete appliances (rice cooker, KEURIG coffee maker, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher, stove), cooking utensils, basic spices, KEURIG coffee and tea pods, and some welcome snacks to welcome you during your stay!

* Living Room: large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, 50" TV w/ Apple TV (NETFLIX access provided for FREE!)

* Guest bathroom

The second level consists of the following:

* First/Master Bedroom: King-size bed with full bathroom

* Second Bedroom: Double-size bed

* Third Bedroom: Queen-size bed with lap-top table

* Fourth Bedroom: Double-size bed

PLEASE NOTE: Second, Third, and Fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom

* COMPLIMENTARY use of Washer/Dryer. Detergent will be provided :)

* A set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend to bring your own as well as we only provide one set per person.

* Body wash, shampoo, conditioner provided complimentary!

We are children-friendly and aim to make your little one's stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Please let us know if you will be bringing along your little one, and we can provide you our high chair for use. If you need a travel crib, we can also provide one for a small charge that will go towards cleaning the travel crib thoroughly after each use (no germs!!). PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES...

PETS: Before making a reservation, please send us an inquiry about your pet (i.e. type, breed, size, potty trained, tick/flea treated, and etc.). Pet accommodating is subject to approval and will require additional pet fee.

1) For groups of 4 or more, please be advised that it is common in both new and older homes that the gas tank for water used for showering takes time to reheat after 3-4 consecutive hot showers (on the basis of each shower lasting approx. 10 minutes).

2) There are residents in the separate basement suite. The basement level has their own entrance and will NOT have access to the backyard, front yard, and front and back patios. They will NOT be sharing ANY amenities with you besides the parking driveway so your stay is completely private.

3) There is a $10/night per pet fee which is payable when reservation is confirmed. I will send you a fee request for the funds and it is to be accepted PRIOR to check in. Please inform us if you plan to bring your rover/family pet(s). They are more than welcome!

4) Security Cameras: There are 4 security cameras placed OUTSIDE of the property for security purposes only.
