The house met our needs for a family of 11.We enjoyed the seperate lounge and upper stairs movie/lounge area from the main kitchen/dining/lounge.Location was perfect for family beach time.Shops were walking distance away

Wonderful property for interstate family visit. Close to beach, parklands, shopping and restaurants. Excellent entertaining areas, outside bbq space and adult retreat lounges. Highly recommend!

Semaphore Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze manor- the house accommodated our family size perfectly. The photos met expectations and the house was in a great location to the beach, park, jetty and food. Our only feedback was that the beds weren’t comfortable at all, and many of the ceiling fans did not work in the bedrooms. It was otherwise a great stay!

Beach side blessing

My family has to travel from Perth and Brisbane to attend a family members funeral. Myself my wife and two teenage children 18 & 19. Also my older daughter her husband and their 2 year old baby and my eldest daughter and her partner ( they live local) I thought it was best we're together during this hard time. The house was absolutely perfect. The location was unbelievable. Didn't have to hire the 2 x 7 seater SUV's because apart from the funeral we walked everywhere. The restaurants are great and the pier is opposite the house so next time definitely doing some fishing. The price was very affordable when you factor 3 houses or this mansion. It's definitely our go to from now on.

Perfect Pre-wedding Location

We rented the property for four nights around our wedding to minimise travel and stress. The house was gorgeous, near our venue and accommodated the entire bridal entourage comfortably. We had a great time!

Amazing property in a perfect location

Our Family ( 9 Adults) had the most wonderful time. The house was so comfortable, plenty of room for all of us and so beautifully decorated. The location is amazing so close to shops and beach. Would definitely stay again.

Classic house with modern facilities. 2 min away from the beach.

Well maintained house just 2min away from the beach. House filled with modern amenities and has three entertainment areas. House can easily accommodate three families. It has a nice outdoor area and renovated kitchen. Can easily park two big SUVs and medium size car easily inside the property. We really enjoyed the stay there.

Great location and beautiful property.

We loved the location and the house. It is beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults to spread out across multiple living areas. The checkin process was very smooth and communication with the agency was very good. We loved the local area, beach and shopping strip. Unfortunately the NBN cable was out and we had difficulty accessing internet. This was being repaired as we were departing.

Semaphore serenity

A great clean property with wonderful beach access and conveniently close to shops. Spacious and super comfortable beds with terrific linen. Bathrooms are tight but adequate. Ideal for a large group .
