About this property

Private Royal Bay Getaway

This location is perfect for travellers wanting to explore southern Vancouver Island. Come relax in this cozy legal one bed one bath private suite above the garage of our principal residence. Let us know if you need to charge your electric vehicle during your stay.

There is a small side yard available for outdoor space and dedicated driveway parking.

There is a queen coil mattress with pillow top in the bedroom and a double murphy bed (guest must be a minimum of 60 pounds to use the murphy bed) in the living room available to accommodate 4 guests.

A travel crib is available at request for those guests travelling with infants and toddlers.

We are located in a family friendly neighborhood with many walking paths and a lovely playground. Our home is a short 7 minute walk down to Royal Bay Beach. We are also walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks, pharmacy and liquor store. We are happy to share our sight seeing and exploring recommendations with you.

Wonderful place to stay

So nice and cozy. As a female with a child, perfect place to stay. Great neighbourhood and conveniently located to many amenities and downtown Victoria. Hoping to stay again.

Pleasant stay in a calm and upcoming area

Bernadetta's place was exactly what you could see from the pictures. We were 4 adults so the Murphy bed and bedroom bed were more than enough for us. We were there for one night but the supplies which Bernadetta kept could easily last you for a week, very thoughtful of her to also provide us Netflix access. She has amazing collection of games for your entire family. Walmart and Shoppers are just 10min drive and many Indian places to eat around Langford too within 7-10mins. A quite and friendly neighborhood but what USP of her place is the Colwood Beach which is just 7mins walk and a 2-3mins ride from your car. Such an amazing place with killer beach views, we enjoyed a picnic with our family there. Would definitely recommend Bernadetta's place for you and your family.

Amazing Guest Suite

Nice little suite
