Located centrally on 26th Street bayside, you are a couple blocks walk to the beach and famous boardwalk and amusements. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within a minutes drive from the property. Fishing off the bayfront pier is allowed as well. With all the comforts of home, this units offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 smart TV's, coffee maker, central A/C, Free Wifi, 1 parking spot. Occupancy sleeps 8 people.
The home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
