Situated on 31 acres , this new modern home accommodates 7 guests with lots of extra space and has a BBQ on the deck if you want to enjoy the nature. This family oriented pet friendly home has added office space as well. Predator Ridge golf course and Kalamaka Lake (rated in the top 10 most beautiful lakes in the world) is a 30-40 minute drive away, with Spallumcheen golf course and other beautiful lakes on the way!

An Absolute Delight!

We loved the farmhouse! It was so spacious, clean and well-stocked. It even had a kennel and dog bed which were great for our 2 dogs. There were 6 of us sleeping over and a total of 8 of us getting ready to attend a wedding - the sleeping arrangements and 2 showers made it so easy. We enjoyed the sounds of roosters, horses, dogs and maybe a wolf? We spotted a deer during one of our dog walks and enjoyed the sights and sounds of a slow-moving train going by in front of our farmhouse. You're close enough to Falkland to get anything you need. The farmhouse is truly a great place to stay and good value for the price. And our host was amazing, keeping us updated and being easy to communicate with. Thanks so much!

good home but a few things to know before going

Overall a good stay and would recommend. A few things to note ahead of your stay: - There is no air conditioning and with the temps there I assumed incorrectly that was standard. There are fans and the place didn't get as hot as we worried it would, but worth being aware of. - It's hard to control, but there were many bugs inside, including many collections of dead bugs on windowsills and along baseboards, and it is hard to tell if they weren't cleaned up or if they all died since the place was cleaned. - The one tiny tv would have been impossible to see even if we knew how to work it. Not usually an issue on vacation but a football game was on that would have been nice to see. - There were no instructions for use of things or what to do when leaving or where to find garbage bags, for example. That probably helps it feel more like a home than a rental, but I prefer knowing all the details. - The water smells terrible. This may be a thing for the whole area, but there were no notes about it and it was probably the most off-putting part of the stay.

Great stay

We stayed twice at this property on our way to Invermere and back to Vancouver. We enjoyed it here - it was quiet and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It is pet friendly too. A big thank you to Vanessa for the honey! We highly recommend this property.

Great Stay in Falkland BC

We had a wedding to attend in the area and it was a great place to stay. Parents, grandparents and kids all had a lot of space. The photos don't do the house justice. It is even better "in person". Would absolutely recommend.

Wonderful

Everything was very nice and thoughtful. Adults and kids and pets all felt welcome and considered. The host left us some local gifts that enjoyed immensely. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful getaway

House was clean, easy to find. They left us a nice jar of local honey with lavender. The neighbor’s dog was barking most of the night. But other than that it was a beautiful stay and we will be back.

Cute Little Farm Stay

This home was perfect for our family trip! The host was super communicative when we checked in and left me some nice little goodies, including some fresh honey and dried lavender. Just a quick 20 minute drive to Vernon. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Time

We enjoyed our visit to Falkland and stay at the Farmhouse. We did not have to purchase a lot because most of what we needed was provided. The property was clean and quiet. We accidentally got locked out after wine tasting and the manager responded quickly with an easy solution. We enjoyed ourselves and that it was big dog friendly.

Private beautiful house!

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family with the huge sectional couch, large dining table, and large kirchen & island. We loved the open concept and space to all spend time together. The front and back deck are also beautiful places to chill and visit! We also enjoyed quiet beautiful walks in the area.
