If you are not familiar with Mt Martha, it is a beautiful seaside town popular for its beaches, cafes, boutique stores and proximity to fabulous tourist areas.
You will be a short drive from the wonderful sites of Mornington Peninsula such as Victoria's best Wineries, Peninsula Hot Springs, Alba Thermal Hot Springs and luscious golf courses.
Spot the wildlife such as wallabies and native birds in the bushland and appreciate the natural wonder of Mount Martha public park.

1. All outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM (this includes decks, balconies spas & pools)
2. No loud music and/or loud activities which can disturb neighbours at any time.
3. Only the number of guests specified in your booking is allowed unless prior approval is given.
4. Please park in designated parking on the property. No parking on the street or on nature strips/sidewalks.
