Sejour Dieppe

Le logement est dans son ensemble convenable et bien équipé sauf si vous êtes + de 4 car comme m'a dit le propriétaire il y a 4 chaises sur la photos donc pas de chaises en plus mais nous étions 5 ????? N'étant pas sur place, il ne nous a pas apporté de solution. Mon fils a mangé debout !!!!!. Nous sommes arrivés à 1h du matin de l'aéroport et lorsque nous avons voulu rentrer et faire le code du logement celui-ci n'a pas fonctionné, nous avons dû aller à l'hôtel , pas de possibilité d'avoir le propriétaire et le service ABRITEL n'a pas eu de solution : LAMENTABLE . Le lendemain, la poignée de la porte a été changée et nous avons pu rentrer dans le logement . J'ai envoyé la facture de la nuit d'hôtel pour au moins avoir le remboursement de la nuit , et bien pas de réponse du propriétaire après plusieurs message sur WhatsApp !!!! C'était notre première expérience via ABRITEL, nous ne recommencerons pas et nous repartirons avec Airbnb. voilà

Déception total

Nous avons été obligé de laver nos draps et serviettes …. Pas assez de vaisselles pour cuisiner … pas de savon pour laver la vaisselle … aucun linge pour laver ou essuyer .. pas assez de papier de toilette pour la famille … Les murs les armoires et tous les recoins sont très sale … les poubelles pleines Bref un cauchemar… Le propriétaire nous a affirmé avoir fait laver avant notre arrivée…. Le positif : l’espace disponible étais vaste et correspondait à nos besoins aussi très facile d’accès ! Vraiment dommage car très gros potentiel !

Pas tous fait adaptée pour plus de 4 personnes, pour l'instant.

Nous etions une famille de 5. 4 adultes et 1 enfant. Belle propriété Emplacement proche de shediac et de la plage a 20 min et 1h15 de la baie de fundy ou on voulait aller. 50 min de hoppewell rocks. 3 chambres a coucher superbes 1 salle des bains dont une complète et 1 salle d'eau Balcon arriere Belle cuisine Equipement pour cuisiner etais ok mais sans plus Air climatisé aux deux étages. A ameliorer selon nous. : On etais 5 . 1 1/2 de papier de toilette pour 5 personnes pour 4 jours(oublie du proprio tout simplement) 4 chaises de tables ...on etais 5 depuis le debut de la reservation...gros bemol, facile a regler. Aucun bol pour céreales pour les enfants(facile a régler) On entend le locataire du bas et sa télé .. Propreté de 8 sur 10 a notre arrivée ce qui etais ok pour nous. Bemol: quartier residentiel en pleine construction et tres loin d'être terminée. Pelle mecanique commence a 7h le matin et termine vers 19h.(pas un probleme , on quitte tot le matin) Le proprietaire est proactif donc rien a dire la dessus. On y retournerais une fois les petits points réglés sans problemes.

Dieppe

On annonce une capacité pour 6 personnes mais seulement 4 chaises à la table. Cette propriété est neuve donc très propre mais la construction sur la rue et les maisons environnantes ne sont pas terminées. Il peut donc y avoir du bruit. Il serait bon de le mentionner. Compléter l’équipement fourni d’une passoire, d’une essoreuse à salade et de quelques bols supplémentaires . Nous avons apprécié l’espace.

Stay in Dieppe

The house is part of a subdivision under construction but all amenities are very new, clean, and in excellent working order. A comfortable place to stay with family, just a bit low on kitchen items such as baking trays and cereal bowls. The hosts were active and accessible in communicating with us. Great place that will be even more comfortable when the construction in the area is completed.

Great place. Brand new. Missing few items toaster and tea towels BUT host would have brought right over if need be. All was Great. Recommend
