Excellent

We visited as a group of 6 adults. Well kept, spacious home, large patio/backyard. Quiet neighbourhood in wine country, 5 minute drive from grocery/essentials and 10-15 minutes from downtown. Host is very responsive and helpful. Super easy check-in and check-out process. Provided plenty of storage and cleaning materials. Great value!

Disappointed

Not very clean , backyard was unkept , a number of interior maintenence issues and the strangest basement bathroom layout I've ever seen. The advertised AC is a single portabile unit in one of the bedrooms, which did little to cool the place in summer heat.

My worst stay so far

Aged, partially updated, neglected property at beautiful location. Dishwasher was not working, previous guest as well as us tried but it didn’t open and use soap leaving stuff uncleaned. Had to hand wash our utensils. No air conditioning mentioned in property amenities. Booked because of that considering Kelowna weather. No wifi on day one and switched off on last morning. Unresponsive manager. The place was dirty and not clean upon arrival, and there was mould in the shower. Dirty backyard, broken drawer, first time booked through VRBO, completely unsatisfactory.

Bien encadré par l'hôte et beau secteur tranquile. Par contre, nous avons trouvé beaucoup d'insectes au sous sol et l'air climatisée était non fonctionnelle.
