9. Keys: Return the house key to the lockbox at checkout. Report any loss of keys or remote controls immediately. Replacement charges apply. Normal keys: $60 each. Change of locks: Up to $1,000 AUD.
10. Early check-in or late checkout may be possible upon request, subject to availability. Special requests for late checkout on the same day of departure will not be accepted.
11. Parking: Free and unlimited parking is available.
12. Guests must be over 30 years of age. Individuals below this age limit cannot book a stay for themselves.

Beautiful apt in great location
This was such a lovely luxury apartment, big enough for our family of five and with beautiful furnishings and appliances. The check in process was difficult as the description of where the driveway was (multiple options and off Fairbank Lane not Young Street) and also the lock box which is hidden from view behind a concrete pillar meant 45 mins of driving around while trying to get onto Stayz. After that everything was lovely although would not the indoor pool is quite chilly and kids didn’t last long so next time would pack their wetsuits.
