Our peaceful and centrally located home is a great choice for those looking for accomodations just outside of the hustle and bussle of Vancouver city. Located on the North shore mountain side, it is just a sea bus away or a direct bus to Down Town. Or stay and enjoy the local attractions here in North Vancouver.

This bright and updated home has all the comforts you might be looking for. With the open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room, it is a great place to socialize. Open the double doors to the large sun deck with south facing views over Burnaby Mountain. Insuite laundry, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautifully landscaped yard makes this a great get away for any family coming to visit Vancouver and the surrounding area.

Enjoy the afternoon sun in the front yard while the sound of moving water from the water fall flows in the background.

The back patio has a gazebo ( with sliding roof panels), a bbq, a watter feature and comfortable patio furniture. From the patio outside, head down the stairs to the back yard and enjoy any of the kids toys, above ground pool (in the summer months) or just lay on the grass and enjoy the full day sun this yard attracts.
