Loved my entire stay! Cozy, comfortable and lots of entertainment!
I stayed here for 17 days and loved every moment. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and at peace in God's beautiful surroundings. If you're looking for high-end luxury, stay in town, but if you want ski cozy nostalgia, this is the one! For starters, it truly feels like a "home" with all nice appliances. Then there are endless games and puzzles and movies. Best of all, I loved the fireplace and giant window high up in the trees. I work from home, so I used the desk each day to get in work and it was so peaceful. I also love that they have humidifiers because coming from sea level, I didn't have any issue with altitude by placing those three humidifiers all around. In terms of noise, it was very quiet except for the occasional feet and sounds from above, but I used the fan to drown out the noise and slept well. You will love, love the big king bed! Best of all for skiers, it's a downhill slope to get to the bus and into town, so walking isn't hard going down. I felt safe, and at peace here at this condo. My favorite day was looking out the window at the Lord's amazing handiwork as giant snowflakes fell and it felt like I was up in a tree top. Thank you to the owners for opening your home to guests! It was amazing!

Serviceable and value for money
Breckingridge area is wonderful and expensive. This place was affordable, but you have to be ready to accept imperfections. It has what you need - all normal kitchen appliances, plenty of kitchenware, excellent washer/dryer, adequate WiFi, good TV with Netflix/etc, comfortable king bed (quiet and dark for sleeping), parking (tho be ready for stairs), good location (given free local transport options), and keypad entry for easy access. That said, the place is worn with dirty carpets, smelly bedspread, 1970s era bath, kitchen/cabinets, uncomfortable couch and stinky armchair. If I could afford better, I certainly would have looked elsewhere, but for the price, it was ok.

The Best!
This is our third time staying at this home. We absolutely love everything about it. So comfortable with a kitchen supplied with everything you need should you decide to eat some meals in. The location to downtown Breckenridge is convenient and very walkable if you want. A washer and dryer was a plus. We came home with all our laundry done! Looking forward to next years visit!!:)

Good place to stay on mountain.
Overall experience was good. The property is old so don't expect fancy or new. But was a clean place to stay.

Worth it.
This was a nice little condo for two people, both convenient to town and quiet. There were just a few missing items that need to be replaced: a smoke detector, a coffee maker carafe, and a frying pan. Otherwise, it had all that we needed.

Perfect for my two week ski vacation.
The unit had lots of kitchen supplies. Very comfortable bed and living room. Plenty of space. Parking was easy and was kept clear of snow. Easy access on and off Four O'clock run and bus stop. Definitely would rent again ski season or anytime.

Charming one bedroom with all the necessities
The condo had everything we needed to make a hearty breakfast before hitting the chair lift, and was a perfect cozy place to come back to at the end of the day.

Charming condo with all the amenities
Need a cozy, convenient place in Breck? Look no further. This condo offers all the little things others often overlook— a de-humidifier, nice collection of movies & books and ample cooking supplies, too! It’s the small things that make it feel like home.

Fantastic location
You can't beat the location of this place! Really enjoyed our stay. However "sofabed" may be a little generous for the cushions that you can put on the floor. Still pretty comfortable just expected a pull out couch from the listing.

Great Mountain access
Simple one bedroom condo with ski in/ski out access (short walk) to Four O'clock run. Great value for the money! Only drawback is no hot tub.
