This unique furnished one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located on the Cairns main street is a short distance to the Cairns Esplanade and City with a bus stop out the front.
The unit contains everything you need to eat, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.
Suitable for holidaymakers, small families, or temporary business residents.
Take advantage of the short distance to all major attractions and restaurants.
THE SPACE:
Unique Tropic Escape 111 is located on level 1 of Tropic Towers accessible by lift.
The entry leads into the lounge and kitchen with a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The lounge includes a sofa perfect for lazing in front of the Smart TV with complimentary Foxtel and local channels. Free unlimited WiFi is provided for your entertainment during your stay.
The air-conditioned bedroom offers a queen size bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, and access to the balcony.
The unit comes with a bathroom including a shower and a large corner bath, as well as personal laundry facilities with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and high-quality towels and bed linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, and microwave as well as all basic kitchenware. A Nespresso coffee machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
Visitor parking in the complex is included in your reservation as well as access to the outdoor swimming pool.
PLEASE NOTE:
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.
Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.
Upon receiving a complaint about having a party, the police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.
• No smoking inside the property.
• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• Check-in between 2pm and 8pm. Late check-in fee $45 applies for check-in 8pm-9:30pm.
• No glass around the pool.
• Host will take a copy of ID for all people staying in the apartment.
• Any item used from the convenience store has to be paid for or replaced.
