Enjoy your favorite Cable TV shows, streaming TV and movies on the 65-inch flat screen Smart TV while lounging on the comfy dual reclining sectional sofa outfitted with USB charging stations (Guests use their own accounts for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, etc).

The fully operational kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals -- we've got the "tools," you bring the "ingredients.” Dollar Store, Starbucks, Vons, and DIY are in the same shopping center as your Check In Host -- Summit Real Estate.

We've got a brand new black stainless steel Stove/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, stainless steel Fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine and Nespresso Machine (guests to provide their own pods for both units), blender, toaster, juicer, bake-ware and fully stocked cookware and dishware set. There are also coffee mugs, glassware, and silverware. PLUS there is extra seating at the long slab breakfast bar with 4 bar stools and more wireless charging stations to plug in your computer or mobile phone.

A separate Dining Area for 4 has direct access to the expansive Trex deck through dual sliding glass doors offering outdoor table and chairs, ski slope views, and a brand new HOT TUB with a built-in ice chest ready for you to soak under the stars--Plus a propane BBQ for your grilling experience.

Each bedroom has brand new beautiful rustic log furniture. The master bedroom boasts a King-sized log bed, as well as a new LG washer and dryer (guests are to bring their own detergent/dryer sheets), and smart TV. The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or the kids with 2 log framed Full-size beds and Smart TV.
