Great stay
The house was very clean and well presented. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. The pantry staples and a few special treats were welcome and appreciated. There is plenty of space, good beds and bedding. The lounge is comfortable and the kitchen/dining is functional and well equipped. Just a little bit of noise from a busier road and nearby railway line, but it was pretty minimal and balanced by the convenience of being so close to the centre of town. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay in Bendigo and I would (and probably will) stay there again.

The Red Resthouse
Warm and welcoming, enough for 6 people to share, close to CBD, easy access and out front parking. Spent time spinning and knitting between workdays. Good cooking facilities and lots of unexpected bonuses (like a stocked pantry of the basics). Comfy beds, cosy warmth. Loved it.

A comfortable home away from home
We enjoyed our stay here with family. Comfortable house with plenty of room for everyone ! We appreciate the cereals, bread, snacks and good coffee and tea supplied for us to start the day. Also love the proximity to town. Karen is very prompt with her communication. Thank you!

Everything was terrific. A great place to stay for four males wanting a seperate bedroom. A very clean well presented house, with all household chattels required for an enjoyable few days away. Will definitely stay again

Great home away from home
Staying for basketball tournament, Karen even provided some breakfast and snacks which were all appreciated and a great addition we were not expecting! A clean house with plenty of room for 2 families and walking distance to everything you need! Highly recommend this property if staying in Bendigo for any reason!

Great little red house
7 ladies in this 'little' 4 bedroom house and plenty of space for everyone. The house has absolutely everything. Was very clean and comfortable. An easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Sharon was a lovely host and went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

A family trip to see my sister & husband and explore more of Bendigo & surrounds. The cottage was comfortable for all of & offered upstairs & downstairs accommodation. It was clean and comfortable and close to the city. A pleasant few days away from the hassles of Melbourne.

Perfection
The Little Red House exceeded our expectations. We needed somewhere to land after a long flight home to Australia and this place, with its presentation, size, cleanliness and location was absolutely perfect. The little touches that Karen added to the house to make us feel welcomed were above and beyond! A decorated live Christmas tree, delicious treats to enjoy and the most stunning arrangement of flowers helped us get into the spirit of Christmas. The master bedroom bed and pillows were so comfortable. You truly can't beat the location of this property and don't be fooled by the name, because behind the facade, there is plenty of space to enjoy the comforts of The Little Red House. We would absolutely consider booking this property again.

family weekend getaway
Cosy house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (half upstairs and half downstairs). Clean and good location. Perfect for a spring weekend with my parents and my children. One small negative is that there was only one TV. Also, upstairs may be hot in the middle of summer (no AC upstairs, only downstairs).

Perfect family stay in great location
This property was so good for our 2 families to stay together for a family 70th. The house is super clean and very comfy with beautifully decorated bedrooms. The owner is very thoughtful leaving us a sweet baked treat for the kids with a handwritten note. Easy to get to everywhere in town, a park across the road for the kids to run off the craziness after a long drive and shops and goldmine nearby. It was even better than we expected!! Thanks
