You’ll be just a minute’s drive or a leisurely stroll to the Barwon River, Ocean Grove Beach and the main town centre on Hitchcock Avenue dotted with shops and local cafes. Take a dip in the bay, play a round of golf at The Barwon Heads Golf Club down the road, and then finish off with a meal at the renowned Barwon Heads Hotel.

The home itself features three bedrooms, two living areas and a single garage with space for another car in front of garage and plenty of free-street parking. The bedrooms, main bathroom, powder room and second living area are located upstairs whilst downstairs you have the entrance foyer, laundry with front loader washer, a second powder room and open plan living, kitchen and dining at the rear of the home.

The main bedroom is serviced by an ensuite with double vanities, a toilet and a large walk-in shower. The additional two bedrooms have access to the main bathroom with shower, bath and vanity.
