Offering an incredible discount for stays during the exterior renovation at Pacific Monarch, as well as construction on the pool, BBQ, and Jacuzzi areas, which will be unavailable during this period. From Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, there will be noise and dust due to the exterior renovation. Additionally, there may be periods when access to the balcony is restricted.
As a result of these construction activities, we are offering a 1-bedroom, Ocean View unit at an exceptional rate of just $100 -$150 per night (normally $300)!
Please note that by booking this offer, you agree to the construction noise, dust, and possible lack of balcony access without complaints.
