From Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, there will be noise and dust due to the exterior renovation. Additionally, there may be periods when access to the balcony is restricted.

As a result of these construction activities, we are offering a 1-bedroom, Ocean View unit at an exceptional rate of just $100 -$150 per night (normally $300)!

Please note that by booking this offer, you agree to the construction noise, dust, and possible lack of balcony access without complaints.
