Other things to note
Apt 1 is located at the front of the house and may have some road noise, the driveway does go past this unit so you may occasially hear another guests coming in or out.

There is no closed fencing between the apts but a full perimeter fence around the property.

Pros:Comfortable bed, good showerCons:First impression of the outside of property was untidy and messy, needing garden and lawn maintenance. No storage pantry in kitchen for food, no bench space in bathroom, uneven floors throughout unit, traffic noise, units separated by only a door so could always hear neighbours, couldn't open windows for air flow as no screens on windows, no ceiling fans.Understandably we paid more being for a few days between Christmas and New Year but not worth the money. Expected more
