The apartment is also conveniently situated just 2 minutes from the tram, as well as an array of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping malls.

The building is suitable for "Shomer Shabbat" (Sabbath observant ). The locks are mechanical, and there is a Shabbat elevator, hot plate (plata), and an urn for hot water for Shabbat (koumkoum). Hope this helps.
