The Space:

You’ll feel as though you’ve arrived at your own slice of paradise while accessing the extensive Noosa trail system, including the Wooroi forest which is known to be one of the best Mountain Bike experiences that Southeast Queensland has to offer.
Designed to create a seamless connection with nature, this home showcases impressive living spaces with abundant opportunities to soak up Queensland’s quintessential alfresco lifestyle. The gourmet chef’s kitchen has a servery straight to the patio making it easy to dine outdoors. Cook up a storm on its high-end appliances or turn up the heat making the most of the BBQ and fire pit. A resort-style swimming pool complete with a water slide and plenty of outdoor games including mini golf provides hours of fun for the whole group.
Inside, the house features plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The expansive living area is furnished with plush sofa seating and there is a full bar enticing budding mixologists to whip out their favourite cocktail recipes. You'll also find a separate living room with flat-screen TV and additional seating. Get comfortable in the professionally fitted home theatre and replicate the cinema experience without even leaving the couch.
This property has six bedrooms offering a variety of configurations to cater to large groups. The indulgent master suite occupies the upper level and includes a sumptuous king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, private patio and luxurious ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Unwind with a soak while taking in lush panoramic views across the property. Back downstairs, two of the bedrooms contain a queen-sized bed, one is a double, offering ample wardrobe space and immaculately presented ensuite bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet and mirrored vanity.
For those travelling with kids, there is a bedroom with a double bunk and single trundle, sleeping four guests in total. The last bedroom has a queen-sized bed with an additional single and comes with a dedicated workspace, ideal for those needing to catch up on a spot of work. This bedroom also benefits from an ensuite with a shower, vanity and toilet at the front of the house. Guests will also have access to an additional half bath and internal laundry facilities including a washing machine, dryer and separate basin, ideal for longer stays.

The Neighborhood:
A 20 minute drive from Noosa's Hastings Street, the township of Tinbeerwah is located in the scenic Noosa Hinterland.
It’s the perfect base to explore the region’s quaint country towns, boutique vineyards and walking trails, while remaining close to all the action of Noosa and its golden beaches.
Follow the easy 1km return hike to the top of Mt Tinbeerwah to take in breathtaking ocean and hinterland views, best at sunrise or sunset.
Visit small batch brewery Copperhead Restaurant Brewery in the tiny town of Cooroy or the popular destination The Doonan, just a few minutes drive. And don’t miss a trip to the famous Eumundi Markets (Wednesday and Saturday) for a mix of food, fashion, collectables and live music. Wonder through the Noosa Botanical Gardens on the shore of Lake Macdonald and discover a treasure trove of antiques at The Vintage Junction in Cooran.

Airport: Brisbane Airport is approximately 1.5 hours by car, from Airport Conxion is 2 hours by car while Sunshine Airport is 30 minutes by car and 2 hrs by public transport.
Public Transport: 110 metres or less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
Important reminder: Please remember to strictly follow the Home Theatre Guide that we have prepared and is posted on the property. The settings of the cinema can be altered easily and we would need to contact a professional to put it back to its original settings. The cost of which will be charged to the guest.
