The Space:

This home boasts expansive entertainment areas both indoors and outdoors, a delightful pool table room, and a spacious kitchen with a butler's pantry. Bring your own boat and tether it to the private jetty that leads directly out to the Mooloolah River. This river offers endless opportunities for fishing, kayaking, SUPing and boating, creating a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Master Bedroom: located upstairs is a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, fan, reverse cycle air-conditioning, TV, private balcony, large walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with a bathtub, shower and double vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2: private access to a peaceful area of the house with a water feature and outdoor lounges for relaxing, a king-sized bed, fan, built-in wardrobe and ensuite with toilet, shower & bathroom.

Bedroom 3: has a double bed with air-conditioning, fan, built-in wardrobe and shared ensuite bathroom with bedroom 4, with a shower & toilet.

Bedroom 4: has a queen bed with private access to the front courtyard, fan, built-in wardrobe and shared ensuite with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5: located in the centre of the house, this room sleeps 3 with a bunk bed (single & double), built-in wardrobe, with access to the house's 4th half bathroom with a separate toilet and vanity. This room is perfect for a kid's room or just that extra space you need so the whole family can come along!

It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, however the home is around an 8 minute walk to Nicklin Way where the main bus services are available and operate frequently to Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
