Come stay at "Bay Dreamer" - Amazing Sunsets! Perfectly located to nearby beach 1 mile away, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, water park, grocery stores and much more! Fish, crab, kayak or boat right from the house. Community pool. Bethany, Rehoboth and Ocean City all with a 20 mile radius - so much to do! Great for family groups. We have an elevator for easy access to all the levels. Also helps getting luggage and groceries to upper levels. ***Memorial Day and Labor Day Weekends require a 3 night stay****

Loved this house!

This house was amazing. The space was amazing, the views were beautiful and there was plenty of space. I loved the main floor living area and the use of bikes for the kids. Almost every room had its own bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Our kids loved the pier and the playground was a quick walk from the house.

Perfect

Our family is spread out between MD, PA & VA. 8 years ago we lost our oldest son. When you go through something like that, you quickly realize that the most important thing is time spent together and we started the tradition of going away for a weekend around Christmas. We've visited Bethany, Deep Creek and the Poconos. This is by far the best home that we've rented. The layout is absolutely perfect, views are spectacular, and the home was pristinely clean. It was a perfect weekend.

Beautiful getaway

Can not say enough about this AMAZING property. Views are incredible. The house was perfectly decorated, organized and stocked with plenty of supplies. This was our first time spending Christmas in Delaware and waking up to beautiful weather and relaxing sounds of the bay were unbelievable! Hope to be back next year!

Great Place

Excellent Venue & Responsive Hosts

Overall we were very pleased with the property. Its location at the end of the street gave us a sense of privacy. The accommodations were spacious enough that our party of 11 adults never felt cramped. The house was tastefully decorated with sturdy attractive furniture and a host of amenities. The hosts were readily available and responsive to any of our concerns. They also provided great restaurant recommendations. All in all a great weekend getaway!

Perfect stay

The house is wonderful. It worked perfect for the 8 adults and 6 teens that stayed there. Location is very convenient, the house has everything you need and the the view from the back deck is terrific. We really enjoyed our long weekend there and hope to come back soon!

Amazing Views!!

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures doesn't do this home justice. Modern Modern Modern! Very clean and spacious! Speakers in the ceilings was a super plus, very quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Its like a one stop shop. Host provide Bikes to ride, kayaks for the bay. The views are priceless. You wouldnt want to leave this house. Btw the host is very responsive and helpful. Will book again.

Thanksgiving with Family

The house was spacious with bathrooms in abundance. The views were beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset. My wheelchair bound sister was able to get around because the house was equipped with an elevator. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great spot for a get-away

This house is ideal for a group looking to chill and re-connect with friends or family. The owner anticipated all our needs. 5 ensuites, enough seating for everyone for meals, a spare frig in the garage, kayaks & bikes. And the owner was easy to reach for any last minute questions. We hope to rent again!

A very special house

This home is spacious and beautiful! Everyone in our family enjoyed the bright and appealing rooms, from the large gathering spaces to the bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in our group. The property is provided with all the necessities for a home away from home, as well as fun items like kayaks, beach chairs, bikes and life jackets. The views of the bay are so pretty and the many decks provide ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The property owner was friendly and helpful, too. She took a personal interest in our comfort and our enjoyment of our stay at this wonderful house!

multi-generational weekend gathering a success, even in the rain!

Super nice house with lots of space to spread out. Our gathering included 1 grandparent, 3 adult grandchildren and 6 of us in the middle generation. The weather was terrible! But the house handled us beautifully and we enjoyed the two large living areas, the deck during a brief respite from the rain and proximity to the beach restaurants, boardwalk in OC and oceanside streets for walking in the mist. During another break from the rain, we explored the bayside streets, even figuring out how to walk out to the peninsula that looks back onto the house from across the bay (3-4 miles round trip). We all agreed we'd stay here again. Tracey was fantastic with communication, too.

The Most AMAZING House!!!

I just returned from an AMAZING birthday celebration at Bay Dreamer!!! From the beginning, the process and communication with Tracey was very easy and efficient. She responded in a timely manner when answering any questions I had. When we arrived at the house, my friends and I were beyond pleased. Although the pictures and video give a wonderful depiction of the house, seeing it in person is the only way to fully appreciate it. Simply stated, it is beautiful. The attention to detail is very intentional and carefully thought out. In addition, it is fully stocked with everything you can think of. needing. I could go on and on, but I will just say, BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! You will not be disappointed in the house or with your experience with Tracey, the owner. I almost didn’t want to give it a review because I wanted to keep it to myself!!!!

Gorgeous is an understatement

The photos of the house doesn’t do it justice. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the view is beyond amazing. The house was clean and convenient location to food. Tracey was a super great host. My friends and I loved this house so much, we booked again before we left. I can’t wait to get back… 5 stars isn’t enough.

The Perfect Vacation House

My family has stayed at Bay Dreamer for the past five summers. It’s a gorgeous, quiet house with the most picturesque views of the bay, birds and sunsets. Even if it rains during your stay, it’s a totally serene experience. Tracey has gone above and beyond to provide her guests with so many comforts and conveniences. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every family in our group has their own private bedroom and bathroom which keeps everyone happy. The house is bright, the colors are fresh, the decor is very tasteful and the furniture is new, clean and comfortable. Cupboards and storage spaces are so organized, it will blow your mind! The kitchen is the hub of the house and it’s stocked with everything you could need to enjoy cooking large meals and we do! Many glasses, dishes, pots, pans of every size, blender, crock pot, tons of utensils, knives, crab tools and a variety of spices, oils and other basic essentials. There is also a nice gas grill. Other bonus items offered for guests to use include multiple cable TVs, WiFi, a variety of DVD movies, board games, several bikes, 3 kayaks with life jackets and a private dock, new washer and dryer, an elevator (yes, really!) and a fabulous, private outdoor shower to rinse off sand when you return from the beach. There is also a nice, clean community pool located nearby. Tracey works hard to make sure you have everything you will need and she seems to find guests who are conscientious and leave the space as they found it. Thank goodness because this house is truly a treasure! Thank you, Tracey for offering our family such a spectacular place to make our memories, year after year!

Friends Gather at the Bay

Thank you Tracey for being such a gracious and caring home owner. Five senior couples once again visited Bay Dreamer. We were most impressed with the many new decorative touches you have added since last year. The deck furniture is comfortable and plentiful enough that the 10 of us could enjoy the warm weather on the upper deck. This house is completely stocked with all the cooking items you could ask for when making group dinners. One morning we could not find an item that we needed so we called Tracey and within minutes she called back and told us where to look. Thank you for taking such good care of your renters and being willing to make the necessary investments to maintain and share this beautiful home. Joyce

Bay Dreamer is Breathtaking... A Hidden Gem on the Bay!

Bay Dreamer certainly exceeded all of our expectations ... we were a group of 12 (6 couples) visiting Ocean City for the weekend and were fortunate to find this hidden gem 15 minutes away. We enjoyed an extremely relaxing long weekend on the bay due to the warmth, coziness and tranquility this home embodies. Each and every single room entered, gives you the urge to simply relax (even the kitchen.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay regardless of the rainy days; this home will make you heart smile on any given day. We absolutely LOVED the view of the bay from the various decks; we basked in the open fresh air as we listened to the beautiful sounds of nature while admiring beautiful sunsets. It was hard to say goodbye but we all plan to visit again and say " Bay Dreamer we're home"! Wonderful Stay

Tracey went above and beyond to make sure me and my guess were happy. The only thing more beautiful that her home is the view from the back of the house. Definitely would recommend this for large groups. Would definitely stay again.
