The Space:
The standout building architecture is located a short distance from the JBR and walking distance to the beach too. The 5-star hotel within the complex adds to the prestige of this environment. It also provides two links to metro stations for the city's rail system and an electrical tram is in operation around this amazing development and therefore very accessible.

Upon entering, you will be mesmerized by its contemporary interior design. On your right at the entrance is the modern fitted kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and all the equipment you may need for cooking. The unique shape of the dining area with six upholstered chairs perfectly matched with its gorgeous chandelier. There are three white upholstered high chairs for your quick bites over the kitchen island counter.

You will feel the comfortable cozy vibes in the spacious living area matched with a classy interior decorative around the corner. From the sofa set paired with a stylish accent chair to entertainment space – flatscreen TV, access to your private balcony makes the unit feel relaxing and homier. The key highlight of this unit is the glass walls, on which the sunlight is free to bounce all throughout the corner.

It features a 2-bedroom perfect for your family, friends or guests during your stay. Both bedrooms have comfortable bed mattresses, fitted sheets, pillows and built-in wardrobes. Designated vanity space/workspace, accent chair, side table and lamp and perfectly matched unique drop-light that completes the space. There's a flatscreen TV in the other room for your movie night with your loved one. This unit has a powder room and an en-suite bathroom. All are packed with bathing essentials such as soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a cozier stay.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus 310 goes to International City, among many others.

Marina Mall, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, JBR Beach and The Walk are all a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
