Welcome to Little Beach Getaway. This coastal 3-bedroom home has everything you need to escape busy city life and unwind with friends or family. Located only a 100m walk from the popular Little Beach in Nelson Bay – this property is the ideal location for those looking to soak up the sun while enjoying the convenience of all the local restaurants, shops, cafes, and outdoor attractions.
Featuring 3 bedrooms, a fully renovated bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and secure parking – it has all the comforts for your stay. The fully equipped and modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal for your family or friends and includes a dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. There is also a BBQ – for those who prefer cooking outside in the salty breeze. There is a backyard but please note this is not fully fenced.
Enjoy a meal at the dining table and unwind in the evening on the large comfortable lounge, with Smart TV. The living area has a split system air conditioner which keeps the house comfortable all year round. Each spacious bedroom has a portable fan, with both queen bedrooms also featuring TVs. You’re sure to have a restful night’s sleep in comfortable beds with full linens. The Tribunk room has a double bed on the bottom, and a single bed on top (suited for children).

Linen: All beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.
The renovated bathroom features a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. The internal laundry features a separate washing machine and dryer. There is a garage parking space available for one car, as well as ample driveway parking for boats and jet skis, and additional on-street parking available.
Wander down to the water’s edge at Little Beach - a popular beach due to its perfect swimming conditions. This beach is ideal for young children with its idyllic, shallow waters and facilities including toilets, BBQ areas, playground, and boat ramp. Little Beach Boathouse is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or cocktail with magical views of the bay. Wests at Nelson Bay is just a short walk and features several dining options, bars, and entertainment. Less than a 5-minute drive to the town center of Nelson Bay where you can enjoy numerous restaurants, cafes, activities, and more.
Please note that during peak periods and holidays, the high volume of visitors in the Port Stephens Region may result in intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity.

The guest will nominate the number and identity of guests (including providing each adult guest’s full name and mobile phone number) that will occupy the property and will not allow any other person to enter the property. Additional guests at the property will incur additional charges.

You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay and we recommend organizing a shopping trip to pick up items like toilet tissue, shampoo, washing detergent, cooking oil, coffee, condiments, etc. for the duration of your stay.
