Please change both beds because of too much Noise

When I used to take my side while sleeping, the sound of both beds comes, and Tv is not working because of Old stuff, please Change both things, after that everything perfectly fine

Dirty

The island itself is amazing. The property needs improvement and attention. Whoever is managing this property needs to do a better job. The property was not clean. There was mold in the refrigerator ( I have pictures). Also there is carpet in the property and it looks and it feels grime. We constantly had a yucky feeling. The sofa and cushions are very dirty- its visible to the eye. Other than that, the neighbors were so helpful and kind. We lived the island. Will come back but not to this property.

Location was perfect

We loved staying at this property. The location was perfect and close to everything. We walked everywhere. Unexpected was the beautuful ocean view to see 4th of July fireworks! Thank you for your hospitality.

Great location

The condo was perfect. My husband and I visit our son who is stationed at Camp Pendleton a few times a year. We decided to take him and his girlfriend to Catalina island. We had a great time. The condo had a great location up the street from the grocery store and a few blocks from the water. It was spacious, fully stocked and had great views. I definitely will be coming back. A steep hill to the condo but you Get used to it. And once you step inside it’s worth it.

The house was very well kept, comfortable, has a nice view of the harbor, convenient to shops. Our communication with the management was mostly by text. When we called for something and checking out, someone was always by the phone. Great place and nice management company. Enjoyed out stay very much. Thanks.

Great location!

This is a nice property with a beautiful view in an excellent location. The carpet is absolutely filthy and coming up in places— so bad that it’s off-putting and you never want to go barefoot. I stepped on a sharp carpet tack on the first day. But that’s our only complaint. Note: If you have an elderly or disabled person in your group this wouldn’t be a good fit because it’s on top of a steep hill— but we didn’t mind that at all. Good place for a family.

Clean residence. Walking distance 2 blocks from Von' s grocery. .

Clean comfortable home, kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and coffee maker/toaster. WiFi in residence. Convenient to downtown and piers.

Townhouse nice views

The place has an expansive view especially from the upper balcony. Comfortable living area and nice size kitchen. Wasn't able to get on the WiFi the whole time. Near vons, few blocks to main areas. The carpet up the stairs and bedrooms needs replacing, beds firm so not so comfortable. We had a great trip despite no WiFi. Shouldn't need to send a cc in email after already paid for the place.

I loved the place. My family had an amazing time in Catalina. This place was roomy, clean, and comfy. Super close to front street which made it easy to roam the town. The only down side was the beds were a bit uncomfortably but doable. We would definitely stay here again. I will for sure recommend this place to anyone visiting for a few days!

First time to Catalina and house was perfect. Perfect view of the island atop the hill. TVs didn’t work but that didn’t bother us 1 bit. Would definitely go back

Beautiful views!

Enjoyed this property with the wonderful views and great location. Everything was within walking distance and very convenient. The home was super cute and very very clean!! A couple of minor items...1 leaky toilet, ice machine doesn't work and was dripping from water tray. Also, when we ran the dishwasher ....water was overflowing up at the clean out/overflow spout near sink and onto the counter and floor. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the home was stocked with all the necessities!!!

August 2018 Stay

We were very disappointed at the condition of this town home. The carpet was dirty and stained. The balcony needed to be power washed. Mold and warped floor boards in the bathroom. Stains behind the toilets. Walls were marked up and dust all over. Overall cleanliness was poor. We called twice to ask if they can come and clean but no one ever showed. Photos were very deceiving or old.

Perfect Location

This townhouse had everything that we needed for 2 families. It was only a 4 block walk to the city center. Kitchen had everything inside to cook a meal. Rooms were very spacious and everything was clean.
