-Cozy living room with tv & cable, couch, recliner, and accent chair
-Great galley kitchen with window, large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher & tons of cabinet space. Dishes, glassware, utensils etc.
-Cute & cozy fenced in porch, BBQ, outdoor sectional

Access to our brand new washer and dryer will be 2 set days a week
Parking space for 2 vehicles

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a maximum of 4 occupants. No pets, so sorry. We are flexible on dates, earliest available is Oct 1st 2023, end of lease being April 30th 2024. A minimum lease being 4 months, maximum lease being 6 months.
Who we are:
We are Becky & Kat, the owners of the property. We live in the other half of this odd duplex. We have 2 dogs, Zola the Lab and Duke the Saint Bernard. Our home is tucked away in the woods, but only a 4 minute drive to the amenities of Sooke. Rivers, lakes, oocean, hiking trails, biking, etc, all at your finger tips. 30 minute drive to Langford which has a movie theatre, Costco, Wallmart etc. 45 minute drive to downtown Victoria.
