Modern and bright kitchen, equipped with newer stainless steel appliances including stove, oven, microwave and fridge (no dishwasher). Full-size washer and dryer are in-suite as well.
Our property is ideally situated close to Lougheed Highway and Highway 1, making it easier to commute to other cities. Quick driving access to Coquitlam Centre (7 mins), Austin Station Shopping Mall (4 mins) and Como Lake Village (6 mins). We are also in close proximity to Mundy Park, where you can enjoy the hiking and biking trails. Lafarge Lake is only 10 mins away.
Note:
The suite is located on basement level. Guests need to manage the stairs (please check the exterior photos for how to get to the suite).
We are a quiet family (a couple and a teenage boy) living upstairs. While we try to keep things down, you may expect to hear some daily routine noises and footsteps during the day.
Having said that, we are ready to help when needed.
