Enjoy the chill-camp ambiance of nature and spend your holidays at Briggs' Bluff View at Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge. A treasured off-grid tiny house located at the back of our property for mountain views. Our park has well-equipped cabins and tiny houses. We are situated within an easy drive from the heart of the Grampians, offering an ideal place to relax whilst taking in the beauty of the majestic mountain ranges.
The Space:
Briggs' Bluff View is located in the holiday park of Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians' Edge with many guest amenities that add great value to your stay. Briggs' Bluff View is located in the Grampians National Park over 100,000 hectares large. A popular tourist destination known for its deep gorges, stunning weathered rock formations, waterfalls, and abundant wildflowers. With Halls Gap only 30 minutes away and close to exciting attractions such as Beehive Falls, Mackenzie Falls, Venus Baths, Halls Gap Zoo, and Pinnacle Lookout.
A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a private mountain view, filtered water, a diesel heater, a kitchenette (including a fridge), cooking equipment, and private ensuite. This includes linens and towels you can use.
The bathroom uses a compost toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers). It focuses on satisfying people's needs with natural resources and processes to save the environment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-out time is 10:00 AM, additional fees will apply for late check-outs.
Please NOTE that this is an OFF-grid tiny house. While it does have a heater, there are no cooling capabilities apart from natural breezes, and there are no internal power outlets.
As an added note, please advise that there are other cabins and tiny houses rented out. Remember to respect the privacy of other guests on-site in order to maintain the park's peace and tranquility.

ATTENTION TO ALL GUESTS! We’re excited to announce that Tiny Away Escape @ Grampians Edge warmly welcomes pets! Only Briggs Bluff View features a fenced area for your furry friends. If you have pet allergies, we suggest choosing one of our other pet-free tiny houses on the property for your comfort.
Please note that this tiny house operates off-grid on solar energy. We encourage guests to conserve energy during the day and use heating sources judiciously in the winter to avoid power outages. Overall, minimal energy consumption is advised.
Guests can access the communal facilities and 14-acre park, including the following amenities:

- Communal firepit
- Recreation room
- Communal gas BBQs

- Grampians National Park is the main attraction near our caravan park, with hiking trails to explore waterfalls, breathtaking mountain views, and encounters with native wildlife
- Broken Falls Walk has beautiful views of the upper section of the Mackenzie Falls. The 500m walk is wheelchair friendly and one of the best spots to see the impressive Mackenzie River Gorge.
- The Pinnacle Lookout has a number of different walking options to reach The Pinnacle. The easiest route is from the Sundial car park and it ascends via Devils Gap. This is the best route for families with young children. Please advise that it is a 4.2 km trail.

By public transport: Nearest train station is "Ararat Railway Station", take bus to "Dadswell Bridge Motel" and then walk 10 mins (800m) to the property
