This 3-storey townhouse has the living, dining, kitchen and outdoor area on the ground floor. The sofa bed is located in the living area of the property and can sleep 1 guest - sofa bed linen is an additional charge.
First floor contains 1st bedroom with Queen bed and Main bathroom. second floor contains Master bedroom with Queen bed and Ensuite, 3rd bedroom contains a King Single bed. Upper floors accessed by stairs only.

The living area is bright and airy, with comfortable seating and a large flatscreen Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There's also a dining area with seating for four. In the courtyard you will find comfortable outdoor furniture to bask in the sun.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.
The property has an electronic door code for easy access, removing the hassle of keys.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 15 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes.

On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day.

The surrounding streets also have free parking available, some of which is timed. Untimed parking can be found on Cashel Street- across Fitzgerald Ave.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

This property has no allocated carparking provided. Street parking only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

Nice property, reasonably close to city centre but the road it is situated on feels a bit industrial. Lots of steps as house over 3 floors. An extra chair in lounge area would have been useful.

Didn’t research enough before we got there. Wasn’t suitable for 3 x 70 year olds. Too many steep stairs. Kitchen & ist floor bathroom floors were sticky. Fridge looked clean but smelled fishy. Bathroom on 1st floor smelt of urine. Probably not the best area, lots of late night drag racing traffic noise. Otherwise modern, comfortable beds, quite close to city but didn’t investigate public transport but Uber was about $8.80 into the city. Apologise again and probably should have researched a bit more before booking but hard to find 3 bedroom places.
