Conveniently near popular attractions such as Margaret Mahy Playground and the Avon River, it includes a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi for added convenience.
This tri-level townhouse features an open-plan layout on the ground floor, encompassing the Living, Dining, Kitchen, and outdoor area. The first floor hosts the 1st bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor accommodates the Master bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, a sofa bed in the living area is available.
Access between floors is via stairs only. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
