The Space:
Offering the perfect balance of privacy, convenience and proximity to the beach (200m), this townhouse caters to those wanting a more inviting and personalised stay in comparison to a typical high rise holiday. As you enter through the front gate, you will be greeted by the private patio that is complete with a Japanese-inspired garden, shaded alfresco area, a picturesque pond. Further along this outdoor area is also an outdoor dining table. Enter through the front door and embrace the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The first floor of the townhouse also features a laundry room and a separate toilet. After a day in the sun and surf, or exploring the Sunshine Coast's many attractions, come home to this tasteful townhouse and relax in the air-conditioning while you enjoy unlimited high speed NBN Internet or unwind with your favourite Netflix show!
Head up the stairs and explore the second level of the townhouse which features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kids play room complete with a single bed and a single trundle bed.
Bedroom one (master bedroom): Wake up in this beautiful bedroom complete with a plush queen bed and start your day with a coffee or tea on the bedroom's very own veranda. This room also features a TV, wardrobe space, air-conditioning and an ensuite.
Bathroom one (ensuite): This modern bathroom is complete with a large, walk-in shower, a toilet and a double sink and vanity.
Bedroom two: Sink into the comfortable queen-sized bed and admire the furnishings in this room that include unique aboriginal artwork. This room also includes wardrobe space and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom three: Situated just next to bedroom two, bedroom three features a comfortable double bed.
Kids playroom/bedroom four: This family friendly home has an additional living area containing two single beds and a cupboard full of books, games and toys.
Bathroom two: This bathroom has a toilet, shower-bath and a vanity.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property. There is space to park a singular, small car in the private undercover garage. Any additional cars may be parked on the street. Please note the garage space is very narrow and will only fit a small car similar to a Suzuki Swift or Hyundai-i30.
The Neighborhood:
The townhouse is located just 200 metres from Mooloolaba Beach. Take advantage of the restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance, prepare a meal in the well-equipped kitchen, or cook a BBQ on the patio and enjoy the cool ocean breeze in the evenings. Simply just cross the road to pick up supplies from the local Coles, Bottle Shop, Bakery and Chemist.
Mooloolaba is a coastal suburb of Maroochydore in the Sunshine Coast Region. Mooloolaba is a family-friendly location that is renowned for its beautiful beach. The glamorous beachfront esplanade is filled with shopping and foodie delights and the suburb itself provides the perfect base to enjoy and explore the entirety of the Sunshine Coast. Explore the endless array of cafes, restaurants and stores that decorate the esplanade and after a long day of retail therapy, head back to the home and cool off in the privacy of the breezy backyard patio.
Getting Around:
Leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere! The beach, cafes, bars and restaurants are an easy 200 metre walk. Simply just cross the road to find the shops and at the end of the street you will find the bus stop that can take you to the Sunshine Plaza and further afield. There are many beautiful beaches, hinterland villages and attractions that are easily accessible by car. Tour groups also operate in this area and can make all the necessary arrangements for you if you don't have a car.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.
