Two TV'S in separate areas plus 2 separate yards front for afternoon sunset and back for morning sunrise with plenty of bird life
Warm and cosy in the winter (central heating in all rooms and air conditioning throughout for the warm Mildura Summer)

Great house
Perfect for what we wanted. 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Close to all what we wanted. Would stay here again and recommend this house to anyone.

Fantastic Property
As a larger family group with both kids and grandparents, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place! Easy check-in, well furnished, activities for the kids, lots of thoughtful extras - a comfortable place to base our stay in Mildura. Great communication also - Thanks Tim!

Grandparents taking grandkids in desert adventure. Great base for our exploring. Safe yards for the children svf Mr 6 loved the games room and his version of table tennis

Beautiful property
We had a great time time was very helpful and always communicating with us. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely like to come back. The beds were very comfortable for a good night rest.

Plenty of space!
This house is huge! So much space, was great for the 3 couples staying, they were able to spread out and enjoy their own space. House has all the necessary amenities making it very comfortable. Great communication with the host, seamless stay! Thankyou

Perfect stay
Fabulous house for our family group of 5 adults and 2 children aged 1 and 3. Plenty of room for all. There was even a games room with table tennis table but on this short trip we didn't have time to use it. Hopefully next time. Secure garden area for kids to play in.Arrival day was 40 degrees. Tim put the air conditioner on early in the day so the house was cool when we arrived.Good location, walking distance to river and Mildura Arts Centre. Check-in was super easy.Tim is a great host. Thank you for the chocolates!

Perfect getaway for a group.
Beautiful large clean house. Outdoor area very nice and shade available which is much appreciated in Mildura. Carport fits two cars. Chocolates on arrival was a lovely gesture. Only around the corner from the Arts Centre which made it very convenient to get a coffee or brunch. Would highly recommend.
