I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay at Surf Coast Holiday Rental/Fairway Club16. While I appreciate the opportunity to stay in your rental, there were several issues that I encountered during my stay that I believe should be addressed to improve the overall experience for future guests.Upon entering the house, we found the door wide open and were unable to secure it. When I reached out for assistance, the lady was very helpful, although it wasn't an ideal start to our planned getaway. Later, a man came to address the door issue but even he struggled with it. He managed to lock it, however we just used the garage as entry and exit point. While the house itself was generally nice, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Dust was present in nearly every corner, and cobwebs adorned the windows. The beds were uncomfortable, and we even discovered a few hairs and a bug in one of the single beds. It was unfortunate that there was no Wi-Fi available, considering we live in a modern world. Additionally, there were no blankets provided. There was also no rubbish bags provided, which made waste disposal a challenge. I understand that each property may have its unique challenges, but I believe that addressing these issues will significantly enhance the guest experience and improve the property's reputation. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests have a more comfortable and enjoyable stay
