The Space:

With a natural light bounces from the glass windows and unique charms, it satisfies your desire for the ultimate relaxation right in the heart of Business Bay.

The spacious living area will greet you with its neutral tone appeal. Sit back and relax on a comfy L-shaped beige couch that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) will keep you accompanied while you are watching your favorite shows on the HD TV. A blue velvet accent chair is provided to lean back and have a relaxed feel. In addition, a unique style coffee table, a patterned carpet, lovely accents and abstract wall art complete the space.

Utilize the kitchen's contemporary appliances - a gas stove range, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and other household accessories to prepare meals! Everything you need is available to you, whether you only want coffee in the morning or want to create a lavish supper.

A round table and three leatherette upholstered chairs are provided in a designated space across the kitchen. This is the ideal spot for you and your loved ones to connect and share the delectable meals that you have cooked in the apartment's fully furnished kitchen.

A king-sized bed is waiting for you as you enter the bedroom. It’s decorated to match your relaxation and comfort. For a restful night's sleep, the bed is furnished with a comfortable mattress, hotel-quality linens, and pillows. A built-in wardrobe cabinet, side lights, accent chair, floor lamp are included and it’s equipped with a long desk, making it the ideal place to catch up on office work or simply turn into your vanity space as it has a wall mounted mirror on the side.

The bathroom is in white minimalist touch, furnished with a walk-in shower. Fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion are provided for an enjoyable stay! There’s a separate toilet for your guests and serves as a communal powder room too!

Step out onto the balcony overlooking one of the building amenities – a pool with partial Burj Khalifa views while having a snack to share or a drink with your loved one on outdoor furniture provided! For more convenience, you can access this space through the bedroom and living area.

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 8 minutes of Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or runs, followed by a meal in the choice of the restaurants located there.

Business Bay has a lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.

This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 8 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus F41 and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
