Amenities include 90' lap pool with beach entry, cabana bar with TVs, gas grills, hammocks, Bocce ball, billiards, game room, movie theater, putting green, yoga lawn, and fenced dog park. Located just east of US 41 on 3rd Ave S, the community is less than a mile to 5th Ave S dining and shopping. This unit is also less than a mile from Bayfront and Tin City giving it the ultimate vacation spot!
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.
2025 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.
