We found the place super nice. Our host was easy to communicate with. It has easy access to the free tram into the city. Nice pub on the corner or down the other block cocktails. You can hear the planes go over and the cars. Other then that top place

Great home base
Visited Adelaide for the WOMAD festival so the house was just used for sleeping and our home base. CLose to Bonython Park made getting somewhere for daily walks easy! House was clean and tidy. It was a 40 degree heatwave weekend and the AC struggled a bit. My only suggestion would be more adequate blinds in the lounge, main bedroom, downstairs bedroom and a blind in the kitchen to help block the heat on days like that. The AC was fighting a losing battle with sunlight and heat still streaming in.
