You will be far from the busy buzz and will be in the heart of a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This apartment will help you to have the relaxation that you have been looking for.

Walking in, the open kitchen – range hood, stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, dishes and silverware, and anything that can help you in preparing your meals will welcome you.

In front of the kitchen is the bathroom that has all the necessities you need for your stay. Soft towels are provided with shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel for a pleasant stay.

The space has minimal furniture & fixtures, but surely you’ll feel complete as all of the necessities are here. From the blue accent chair, a round dining table for two with upholstered chairs, vanity space/workspace beside the wall-mounted flatscreen TV will complete your entertainment and dining experience at the same time.

The king-sized bed with its upholstered headboard finish has an identical bedside table and lamps that is packed with luxurious linens, comfortable mattress, and pillows. The carpet and the wall artwork are perfectly matched with all the fixtures around the space.

Stepping out on the balcony will give you some fresh air while overlooking the lake and golf course views and neighborhood. Hangout and share a drink for two with a loved one!

Getting Around:
The apartment comes with a designated parking space that would be highly preferable if you have your own ride. Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Orchid is close to Mudon, making it easier to travel by bus. The Mudon Al Salam Town Centre bus stop is the nearest bus stop which is 8 minutes drive from the property which can take you to the Mall of the Emirates.

Dubai Marina: 19.4KM
Al Maktoum International Airport: 29KM
Dubai Creek Harbour: 34.6KM

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
