Realizado contato com Proprietario, rápida resposta. Exige documentação(RG) de contratante e de hóspedes. A chácara apresenta um caseiro (Sr Adriano) super solícito, atencioso, atendeu a todas as demandas dadas. A casa está em ótimo estado de conservação. Não chamaria de casa, pode ser chamada de mansão. Super limpa. Não encontrei nada sujo, nem poeira. Tudo muito caprichado. Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários, com louca e talheres impecáveis. Apresenta fogão, forno e microondas, além de batedeira, liquidificador… Andar inferior com 3 ambientes sala de estar , sala de jantar e sala de bar, com um lavabo atendendo este piso. Acesso ao segundo andar, com uma escadaria cinematográfica. 4 quartos no piso superior , sendo 3 suítes com hidromassagem nas 3, usamos 2 , super ok! Com um visual da represa. Há uma casa anexa com churrasqueira , salão de jogos , e sauna . Não tivemos tempo pra testar tudo,além de uma piscina (limpinha). Mas estava frio, não aproveitamos essa parte . Dou nota 10/10. Podem locar tranquilamente. Ps- levem roupa de cama, travesseiros e toalhas, e cobertores potentes, caso esteja frio !
