- This property is located in the private Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. If guests register less than 3 days prior to arrival, there is a $100 late fee. Same day registrations are not allowed
- Temporary membership (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee per rental $20, gate card fee $20 per card required
- The community pools are available on a seasonal basis from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is above the front door overlooking the deck and main entrance. Camera 2 is under the deck facing the driveway and basement-level entrance. Cameras 3 and 4 are on each side of the house facing the driveway and yard. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
