Upon entering, you will be mesmerized by its contemporary interior design. You will be welcomed by its modern, fitted kitchen on your right side, equipped with high-end appliances and all the equipment you may need for cooking. The dining area is an enticing space that beckons you to sit down and savor your meals. A minimalist yet classy dining set takes center stage, surrounded by eight comfortable dining chairs that encourage long, leisurely conversations.

The two-story apartment features a wide floor plan, oversized windows, and top-of-the-line furniture. The living area has plenty of space for your visitors to sit back and relax with its comfortable blue sofa sets and cozy throws. The beauty of this space will astound you from the moment you walk in. You would want to unwind on the comfortable couch while admiring the pleasant views from outside. From the sofa set paired with a stylish floor lamp, planter, other accents to the entertainment space—a flatscreen 65" TV.

It features three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the upper floor, as well as a maid’s room perfect for your family, friends, or guests during your stay. The bedrooms have comfortable bed mattresses, fitted sheets, pillows, and built-in wardrobes. Designated vanity space with stools, a side table, and a lamp, perfectly matched with its glass windows that complete the space.
There's a flatscreen TV in the master’s bedroom for movie night with your loved one and a walk-in closet. This unit has a separate powder room and an en-suite bathroom for all the bedrooms, which are packed with bathing essentials such as soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion for a cozier stay.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis are usually frequent around here to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a private ride.

If you enjoy long walks, shops and other establishments are accessible by foot as well (restaurants, cafe, pharmacy, supermarkets).

The fastest and easiest way from Dubai Airport is by taxi (25min). The cheapest way is by riding the Metro (45 minutes, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
