Waking up to that magnificent view over Georges Bay, means you're bound to start your day off well. This three bedroom, contemporary home has all the comforts of home, so you can enjoy your short getaway or holiday for a little longer.
The home is over two levels, with the master parents retreat upstairs, featuring large bedroom with Juliette balcony facing Georges Bay, walk in robe & spacious ensuite. Whilst downstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining & living room, with free standing fireplace, which is the perfect space to settle in on a cold winters day & enjoy the location. The modern kitchen has all that you require to cook up a feast of local seafood. Also downstairs is a second living area, ideal for the children to have their own space, a second bedroom with queen bed & the third bedroom with a single bed & single bunk beds. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space. There's also the second bathroom, with separate bath & laundry facilities downstairs.
Outside you have an outdoor shower to wash off the days sand, sweat & activities, along with a BBQ & a firepit to sit, relax & unwind after a hard days fishing, mountain biking or beachcombing.
