These are three separate units located in the same level. Although they don’t connect internally, the entrances are near to each other. Each unit has its own living space and kitchen.

The Space:
LOCATION: Bourbon Place by Roami is just a block away from historic Bourbon Street and a 1 minute walk to the French Quarter. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the Central Business District. Elevate your stay at Bourbon Place with convenient access to our sister property, The Brandywine, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the heated rooftop pool from 8am to 9pm daily, just a short 14 min walk away.

At Bourbon Place you'll find the perfect home base for any business or leisure trip in the Big Easy. It's easy to fall in love with these properties, which boast modern amenities (like a full kitchen!), historic architecture, and more space than a New Orleans hotel room.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

UNIT: The combined unit sleeps 14 guests in a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 sleeper sofas. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: All 4 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: Both kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). Each dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.

PARKING: Metered parking is available on Carondelet St on a first come, first serve basis.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximate unit size is 2400 square feet.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.

We recommend guests use Lyft and Uber.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.

Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.

No Windows: This unit does not have an exterior facing window (perfect for sleeping in!), but it does have a large skylight in the living room.

We believe in personal space. Prior to your arrival, your unit will be professionally cleaned and your self guided check in process ensures easy arrival with no long lines. Should you need us, we’re here 24/7 with our Guest Experience team and local folks on the ground. And if you don’t need us, we’ll stay out of your way. After all, this is your place in the city.
