"Pender House" is a beautiful and comfortable 5 bedroom home situated on the south side (beach side) of Scenic Road 30A in desirable Seagrove Beach. It has great gulf-views and is literally a few steps to the beach access--doesn't get much better than this!

The ground level includes the kitchen, living and dining areas along with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. A king bedroom with private bath and a king guest bedroom and bunk room (double beds) share a full hall bath.

The second level includes a king bedroom with private bath and a balcony with ample seating overlooking the gulf. Also on this level is the queen bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bath. This bedroom also includes a sitting room with sofas, chairs, TV and a balcony overlooking Scenic 30A.

Outdoors includes a lush grass lawn with hammocks, gas grill with picnic table, large storage room for beach equipment, bikes etc. and an outdoor shower. Beach access is located at the south-east corner of the property, just across Montgomery St. One small dog allowed up to 25lbs, non-refundable pet fee applicable.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Regarding pricing, a cleaning and processing fee, a $109 Vacation Rental Damage Plan Fee and tax will be added to ALL rates and are included in the quoting process. Travel Insurance and pool heating are optional and can be added at Guest's choosing after booking is made.
