Cozy apartment, with an exclusive outdoor area, surrounded by plants - our space was designed to host with quality! We offer all the necessary cooking utensils, bed linen and towels Wi-Fi, cable TV, work area, Nespresso coffee, airfryer, ceiling fan. We have been superhosts for 8 consecutive years, we know the city and we love to receive guests. We are close to the Military Academy in Prado, Hospital Felicio Rocho, Hospital
Mater Dei, Philharmonic of Minas Gerais. Just 5 minutes from Av do Contorno. We offer parking lot spot on the nearby street, open 24 hours, 3 minutes walking distance from our house. Our house has a vintage decoration, with one bedroom. with double bed, one bathroom, living room with cable tv, and a lovely little outdoor patio. New bathroom, new utensils., calling fan in the bedroom.
