The Space:
Located just a stone's throw away from the golden sands of Glenelg South beach, this adorable renovated workers cottage offers the perfect space for small families or couples seeking a memorable getaway. Immerse yourself in the local ambiance with plenty of cute cafes just a few minutes' walk from your door.

Inside, you'll find new floating flooring throughout, with a freshly renovated fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals and snacks. The cozy living area features two leather lounges and a small flatscreen TV, providing the ideal setting for relaxation after a day at the beach. For your comfort, the main living area is equipped with an air conditioner for both heating and cooling.

The cottage offers a large bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, complete with an electric blanket for those chilly nights. An open area doubles as the dining space and features two single beds, making it ideal for accommodating additional guests or creating a cozy family setting.

Step outside to discover your private and secure backyard with outdoor setting, a peaceful oasis to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. The external laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, clothes airer, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

This delightful cottage accommodates up to 4 persons, making it perfect for a small family or a relaxing couple's retreat. We also welcome one well-behaved furbaby (additional fee applies) to join you on your vacation. Please note that the size of the secure garden gate is 105cm H x 81cm w

The property is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for a easy self check-in.

The Neighborhood:
Glenelg South is a quiet and safe suburb with walking distances to the beach, cafes, restaurants and hotels. There is a little shopping centre only a few hundred meters up the road with a Foodland, pharmacy, post office, hairdresser, restaurants and cafes.

Getting Around:
Only a 10 min walk to Jetty Road, Glenelg shopping precinct with shops, cafes, bars, restaurant, fashion and the tram to travel into Adelaide CBD (30 min). 15 min drive to the Airport. 5 min walk to Somerton Park Tennis. 45 min drive to lovely McLaren Vale vineyards and 1 hr drive to Barossa Valley.

Other Things to Note:
No parking on property - however street parking is readily available right outside the cottage door and has no time restrictions.
Reverse cycle Air-conditioner is located in lounge room only. Additional portable heaters provided.

We just wanted to let you know that there are currently renovation works taking place at the neighbouring property. These works are not expected to impact your stay in any way.

The Laundry is external from the cottage, and located in the backyard.

1 small-medium sized house trained dog is allowed upon request. If you are travelling with a pet, please advise us when making your booking, as there is an additional pet stay fee of $100 applicable. Pets are not allowed on beds, in carpeted bedroom or soft furnishings. Pets should not be left unattended inside the property.

Please note that our lawnmower contractor attends to the property every 3-4 weeks on a Thursday after 9am. As this can depend on weather conditions, we cannot advise in advance which day they will attend, however they knock at the door just to let guests know they are there before entering the backyard.

TV doesn't work. Internet is hopeless

Good position for this Dog Friendly Townhouse, Close to beaches, Supermarket IGA (Partridge St.) Good walk to Jetty Road. Good area for the quite relaxing stay. Have stayed before will stay again.

Ideal dog friendly apartment
Great location, apartment is relaxing quiet environment, short walk to beach & jetty Road Glenelg. Will stay there again and stayed at the property before. Able to get a car park at the front of residence. IGA supermarket on the Cnr of Paltridge & Bath Street Glenelg South which is convenient.
