L'Agréable is a fully equipped chalet that can accommodate 10 people very comfortably.

The chalet is reserved for you in its entirety.

Bedding, pillows, bath towels provided for 10 people

Full kitchen, fully equipped.

BBQ, unlimited high-speed wifi, 2 giant 50-inch smart screens (Netflix, Youtube, etc.), foosball table and an indoor gas fireplace.

Reserved area for teleworking.

Private dock.

Directly on the edge of the lake of the Royal Laurentien golf club.

Lake without motor boat with beach and private dock.

Private spa open year-round.

We are located near the magnificent Royal Laurentien golf course (10 most beautiful in Quebec).

An outdoor wood fireplace (wood not included.)

You will also find just for you: your private beach, private dock, 1 pedal boat, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 8 life jackets (adults only). (available from May 15 to October 15).

Snowmobile rentals at the Royal Laurentien clubhouse, with equipment ($).

Kettle, coffee maker with 2 flints with filter included. (ground coffee not included). Keurig coffee maker (cups not included)

Children's kit: 1 high chair, plates, utensils, plastic cups.
Not included: Aluminum foil, wax paper, SaranRap. Spices.

Remember to bring:
* Beach towels for the lake, spa and pool at the Royal Laurentien. (White bath towels do not go outside).
* Coolers, ice creams…
* We only have one fridge and a pantry.
* Fondue kit, raclette and electrical extension cords not included.
* Personal hygiene products (shampoos, body soaps, toothbrushes and toothpaste, hand cream, etc.)
* Life jackets for children.
* Spices, dishes for leftover food.
* 18-liter bottle of spring water not included (Cold and hot water dispenser).
* Radio transmitter to listen to your favorite music.
* Board games, water sports, winter sports….
